543710### Job TitleSales Leader Flanders### Job DescriptionIn this role, you have the opportunity to constantly build and improve relations with new and existing customers to position Philips as preferred supplier. As Sales Leader, you will manage the sales function in Flanders in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues and ensure the right organization and structure is in.**Your role:*** Achieve sales targets, including order intake, service contracts, and margin growth across all accounts in BeLux (Flanders region).* Drive customer satisfaction (NPS) by fostering strong, long-term relationships at all levels of the customer organization.* Maintain and grow customer relationships at multiple levels, facilitating executive-level engagement between the company and key stakeholders.* Develop and execute commercial and operational sales strategies, including distribution, contracting, business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI selection.* Contribute to local marketing strategies, including product pricing and sales priorities, ensuring price realization.* Manage and optimize the sales funnel, conducting win/loss analyses and customer satisfaction reviews.* Ensure that all customer quotations align with validated specifications and are reviewed for feasibility and accuracy before submission.* Validate third-party product integrations to ensure compatibility and compliance with specifications.* Coordinate internal resources and collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives, acting as a bridge builder within the organization.* Ensure the right organizational structure and capabilities are in place to meet sales targets in Flanders.* Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and diversity.**You're the right fit if:*** A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related, clinical, or technical field.* 10+ years of experience in healthcare sales, including leading and managing sales teams.* A proven track record of success in selling to hospitals at all levels—including administration, nursing, biomedical engineering, and procurement.* Deep understanding of the Belgian healthcare market and its key stakeholders.* Strong consultative sales skills, with a professional and credible approach.* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple touchpoints within each account.* Experience working in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.* A customer-first mindset, skilled in closing deals, executive selling, strategic account management, and positioning value propositions effectively.* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.* Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).**How we work together**
