Transform Destiny , a remote team of NLP professionals, to lead live events across Northern America.
Overview As a Live Event Manager you will act as the main contact during live trainings, coordinating materials, volunteers, and hotel logistics while engaging students and promoting higher‑tier programs.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary support and main point of contact during live events.
Communicate with hotels, manage volunteer staff, collect and upload event forms.
Engage students during class, answer content questions, and sell next‑level training such as the NLP Practitioner Certification.
Handle on‑road logistics, travel arrangements, and weekend schedules.
Maintain base pay with commission on event sales.
Participate in occasional remote follow‑up and personal NLP/Hypnotherapy sessions.
Qualifications
Certified NLP Practitioner (Master Practitioner/Trainer a plus).
Comfortable speaking salesly about NLP or Personal Development.
Strong communication, accountability, and integrity.
Self‑motivated, problem‑solver with flexible schedule for traveling.
Experience with travel and sales preferred.
Willingness to grow into an NLP Trainer role.
