Salary range: Min $82,507.84, Mid $107,260.19, Max $132,012.54.

Summary The Brand Manager is responsible for managing brand‑related marketing and PR projects, including brand experience projects such as signage, wayfinding, and environmental design. The role involves working with administrative leadership to create and map out tasks needed to implement strategy, organizing, planning, and executing brand projects within budget and schedule constraints.

Responsibilities

Works closely with the Administrative Director and Directors to align brand strategies.

Organizes, plans, and executes work orders and brand projects.

Works collaboratively with leaders to ensure alignment with system brand standards, resource allocation, and deliverables.

Manages brand resource platforms including brand asset hub, digital asset management, content library, and signage/wayfinding assets.

Determines project scope and deliverables, defining all aspects of the project in project management software.

Oversees creation of project plans and resource allocation; assigns responsibilities and develops timeframes.

Maintains project financials, manages budgets, authorizes and records project expenses.

Defines and manages project risk and risk mitigation processes.

Keeps stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and risks.

Communicates effectively with all project stakeholders and the creative design team to ensure project milestones are met.

Builds and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers.

Develops and refines the customer intake process for internal customers.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum five years of professional project management experience, with increasing responsibility for multi‑stage long‑term projects.

Leadership experience considered.

Experience in a healthcare setting with knowledge of marketing and production processes.
