Job Objective As a Virtual Boutique Sales Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to existing and potential clients who visit our websites. You will use your expertise for sales consultations via live chat, telephone and email. The role requires deep product knowledge and continuous learning as new products are introduced.

Responsibilities

Consistently achieves or exceeds individual and eCommerce sales goals.

Facilitates processing of eCommerce orders as needed.

Active login to workstream queues during scheduled hours.

Conduct follow‑up calls with existing and potential eCommerce clients.

Delivers an exceptional client experience and high standard brand representation.

Converts digital and direct contact leads into eCommerce sales.

Continuously develops product knowledge via onsite training and e‑learning modules.

Collaborates with colleagues to ensure consistent client experience.

Follows all company policies and procedures.

Working Conditions

Essential Experience & Requirements

2+ years luxury retail experience.

College degree or relevant field experience.

Knowledge of eCommerce practices in retail.

Proficient with technology.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to drive and exceed individual KPIs.

Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail needed.

Desired Experience & Requirements

Watch and/or jewelry product knowledge.

Familiarity with Shopify, SAP, and LiveChat.

Experience with online/remote selling.
