Join Our Team Giles Automotive Group is looking for an energetic, people-focused Sales Consultant to help customers find the right vehicle and build lasting relationships. If you enjoy connecting with others and want a career with growth, we’d love to meet you.
What We Offer
Strong earning potential:
Guaranteed pay during training + base, commission, and bonuses
Annual bonuses:
Christmas + vacation bonus (approx. $1,700 each)
Company car program:
Eligible after selling 15 cars/month for 90 days (age 24+, 1 year employment)
Training:
Paid 8-week onboarding, ongoing coaching, clear growth path

What You’ll Do
Greet and assist customers with professionalism
Lead test drives and match guests to the right vehicle
Follow up via calls, text, email, and social media
Build relationships and market yourself in the community
Participate in training, meetings, and dealership events
