Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and professionally as they arrive for their service appointments.

Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and requested services.

Provide clear and concise explanations of needed repairs and maintenance, including estimated costs and timelines.

Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow of the service department.

Maintain open communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive service experience.

Collaborate effectively with the service technicians and parts department to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.

Requirements Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and standard automotive software.

A valid driver's license.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
