Lead Estimator – Multifamily Construction
CyberCoders is seeking a new Lead Estimator for our Multifamily Construction Division. This role focuses on estimating projects across apartments, senior living facilities, and commercial properties. We are an ESOP company with a strong bonus structure and a team/family culture.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for multifamily and commercial construction projects.
Coordinate with project teams to gather scope and data.
Analyze bids and proposals.
Update estimates as project details change.
Maintain and improve estimating processes and tools.
Qualifications
Experience estimating in multifamily, senior living, and commercial construction.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency with estimating software.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Benefits
Salary: $100,000–$140,000 (based on experience)
