Requirements
Must pass a criminal background check
Associates degree or experience in related field, preferred
Minimum three years experience as a lead Medication Aide or related position
Must be able to respect the privacy and confidentiality of residents and have a clear understanding of residents’ rights
Must be adept at all skills necessary to provide ADL in service to care staff, including: the ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and the ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach
Must have outstanding written and oral skills
Must have the ability to provide leadership/instruction in all resident care functions
Must possess a working, current knowledge of State ALF/RCF OARs
