Assistant Property Manager
RealREPP, a full-service national recruiting firm, is teaming with a growing dynamic privately held commercial owner/developer to assist them in recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager to oversee a beautiful Industrial/Logistics portfolio in [Location]. The APM will have prior commercial property management experience, a polished and professional demeanor, a "not task is too big or too small" mentality, and be a true team player.
Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Must Haves
2-4 years of experience in industrial property management required.
CA Real Estate License required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Property management accounting experience, budgeting, and CAM reconciliation experience required.
Software experience in MRI, AvidXchange, Salesforce, and MS Suite preferred.
Comfortable being in the office Monday – Friday.
Benefits This position offers a great salary package including base salary + target bonus, excellent benefits (low cost PPO & HMO plans), along with a 401 K with a 5% match, 1/2 day Fridays, and a gym membership.
