JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a driven Home Buying Specialist (Acquisitions Manager) to join our rapidly growing team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet and negotiate with homeowners to purchase their properties

Structure and close win‑win purchase contracts

Manage hot inbound leads and follow‑up systems (all leads are provided)

Identify and pursue self‑generated sales opportunities

Build rapport, uncover seller motivations, and create value

Attend networking events and off‑site marketing activities

Analyze investment opportunities and maintain CRM records

Track daily KPIs and exceed sales quotas

Occasionally work weekends to capitalize on high‑priority leads

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven success in sales or negotiations

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

A team player with self‑motivation and personal accountability

Excellent follow‑up, organization, and attention to detail

Comfortable in a competitive, high‑energy atmosphere

Clear speaking voice and professional written communication

Strong computer literacy and CRM experience

Clean background check and valid driver's license required

Real Estate License not required (many team members earn one after joining)
