Motive Workforce is expanding our national telecom & wireless sales team and is actively seeking
experienced, motivated Sales Representatives
who have sold wireless network solutions. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and have a history of exceeding sales goals, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a growing organization.
What You’ll Do
Drive sales of wireless network products and services.
Build and expand relationships with carriers, integrators, OEM partners, and enterprise clients.
Identify new customer opportunities and develop strategies to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
Present solutions, proposals, and value propositions to a wide range of stakeholders.
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and territory planning with accuracy.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Recent, direct experience selling Nokia 5G equipment or wireless solutions (required).
3–7+ years of telecom / wireless / RAN sales success.
Deep understanding of 5G infrastructure, carrier networks, and competitive market dynamics.
Proven track record of exceeding quota and building long-term customer relationships.
Self-starter with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently across a remote or multi-state territory.
Existing relationships within major carriers or network integrators.
Experience selling throughout national or regional territories.
Technical familiarity with 5G, LTE, small cell, fiber, and transport solutions.
Nationwide openings.
