We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in Columbia, SC. This role reports directly to the Vice President and is responsible for driving growth, developing sales professionals, and building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire a Business to Business outside sales team to exceed growth and revenue goals
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence
Build and maintain strong client relationships through tailored, consultative solutions
Provide accurate forecasts and performance reports to executive leadership
Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities
Model effective prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline management
Strengthen team capabilities through training, mentoring, and field coaching
Maintain deep expertise across all Novatech offerings
Qualifications
Minimum two years of sales leadership experience and five years of Business to Business outside sales experience
Proven ability to develop and motivate diverse sales teams
Strong business acumen and a consultative sales approach
Experience managing Customer Relationship Management driven activities and Key Performance Indicators
Skilled communicator with exceptional coaching and relationship-building abilities
Interest in technology and continuous learning
