Tekst is on the lookout for a rockstar Enterprise Account Executive. At Tekst, our mission is to make AI work for the enterprise. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by introducing our SaaS solution to new customers and building lasting relationships that drive growth.

What will you be doing? As part of the Sales team you will be working closely with the Head of Sales to:

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline while consistently exceeding revenue targets, balancing short‑term wins with long‑term growth strategies

Drive new business acquisition in your assigned territory through strategic prospecting and relationship building

Lead complex enterprise sales cycles by articulating business value to key stakeholders, while strategically expanding relationships with existing accounts to drive ARR growth

Partner with Customer Success & Solutions Engineering to ensure high satisfaction among your clients

Maintain detailed opportunity records including use cases, timelines, and forecasting to ensure effective pipeline management

What skills and experience do you need?

5+ years of enterprise software/SaaS sales experience, including a proven track record of engaging with director, VP, and C‑level executives

Experience thriving in an early‑stage company environment

Consistent achievement of 5‑/6‑figure enterprise deals

Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quotas (top 10% performer) in enterprise sales, validated by strong customer references and repeat business

Team selling experience

A flexible attitude and exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Proficiency in written and verbal English skills.
