What You Will Do This is an entry‑level position with the potential to grow into an Outside Rental Representative role within 1–5 years. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with customer engagement, sales support, and rental operations, building a strong foundation for a long‑term career in the equipment industry.
Responsibilities
Call potential customers to determine equipment rental needs, set up accounts, and transact business.
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow‑up appointments for outside sales reps.
Re‑engage dormant and inactive customers to uncover future rental opportunities.
Communicate special offers, promotions, and updates via phone, email, text, and other channels.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills.
High energy level with a positive, proactive approach.
Self‑starter with strong initiative.
Sales or sales‑related experience preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Heavy Equipment industry experience preferred but not required.
