Assist customers by reserving suitable storage units based on their individual needs
Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls
Collaborate with a close-knit team to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
Utilize Microsoft Windows applications effectively
Work some weekends as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in Sales/Customer Service
Ability to connect well over the phone
Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Must pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with the self-storage industry
