Assist customers by reserving suitable storage units based on their individual needs Deliver exceptional customer service in response to inbound sales inquiries Collaborate with a close-knit team to maximize monthly commissions Engage with customers over the phone to establish a connection and address their needs Work some weekends as required Qualifications
Experience in Sales and Customer Service Ability to connect effectively over the phone Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED Must pass background and drug screening Preferred Qualifications
