Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective door‑to‑door sales strategies
Focus on capturing residential, retail, and restaurant clients
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Research and identify new potential customers and market opportunities
Provide timely solutions aligned with client needs
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand consistency
Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure the sales team is on board
Qualifications
No degree required – coachable candidates sought
Past door‑to‑door sales experience required
Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
Strong communication skills
