Job Summary As a

Sales Representative , your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and customer service skills are also essential for this position. You will contribute to the company’s sales objectives. Responsibilities include generating and managing sales leads and building long-term client relationships. In addition to designing and implementing a scalable local sales strategy and plan, the Sales Representative will also aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large customers (property managers, realtors/RE brokers, commercial/retail facility managers, multi-unit complexes).

Responsibilities

Be a builder; develop and implement effective sales strategies

Generate sales leads and close new business. Achieve sales targets.

Establish productive and professional relationships with key customer accounts

Negotiate and close agreements with large customers

Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvementsDirect the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

Maintain and feed sales pipeline in ServiceMinder platform (training will be provided)

Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs

Stay up-to-date with new service offerings and industry/market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a sales representative

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (required) and CRM software (preferred)

An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics

Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitudeAvailability to travel locally as needed (up to 50 miles)

BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field (Preferred)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
