Assist customers by reserving storage units that meet their individual needs Provide exceptional customer service in response to incoming inquiries Collaborate with team members to maximize customer satisfaction Utilize Microsoft Windows applications to manage customer interactions Work some weekends as required Qualifications
Experience in sales or customer service Ability to connect with customers over the phone Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications High school diploma or GED Ability to pass background and drug screening Preferred Qualifications
