Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
Handle incoming calls from customers seeking storage solutions
Work collaboratively within a close-knit team environment
Maximize monthly commission through effective sales techniques
Qualifications
Experience in Sales or Customer Service
Ability to connect effectively over the phone
Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Must pass background and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
Availability to work some weekends
