Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit that meets their individual needs
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the customer experience
Handle incoming calls from customers seeking storage solutions
Collaborate with a close-knit team to achieve sales goals
Participate in coaching sessions to maximize monthly commission and career growth
Qualifications
Experience in Sales or Customer Service
Ability to connect effectively over the phone
Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Must pass background and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales environment
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
Flexibility to work some weekends
