Job Responsibilities
Assist customers in reserving the best storage unit to fit their individual needs
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
Handle inbound sales calls from customers seeking storage solutions
Collaborate with team members and leaders to maximize monthly commission
Maintain proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications
Qualifications
Experience in sales or customer service
Ability to connect effectively over the phone
High school diploma or GED
Must pass background and drug screening
Availability to work some weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM software
Passion for helping customers and delivering outstanding service
