Company Overview Deel is the all‑in‑one payroll and HR platform for global teams, serving 150+ countries. With AI‑powered tools and a fully owned payroll infrastructure, we help businesses scale smarter, faster, and more compliantly.
Responsibilities
Grow and own a targeted enterprise account list.
Develop a territory plan for acquiring business with prospective companies.
Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and expertise.
Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach and collaboration with sales development representatives, and manage inbound prospects.
Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.
Qualifications
Geographically based in EMEA, preferably in D‑A‑CH.
5+ years sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years selling into the Mid‑Market/ENT segment.
Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logos.
Experience working cross‑functionally to ensure Customer Success and Satisfaction.
Desire to work for a fast‑paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
Native or fully proficient in German and fully proficient in English.
Extensive experience managing B2B clients and expanding the business footprint within the DACH and other European regions.
