BDC Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to all incoming leads via phone, email, and online platforms
Manage, organize, and prioritize leads for consistent and timely follow-up
Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and interests
Provide clear information on vehicles, services, and current promotions
Effectively highlight key Subaru features, benefits, and value propositions
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights
Collaborate closely with the BDC team, Sales Team, and other departments
Maintain accurate, thorough records in the CRM system
Perform additional duties as assigned
BDC Sales Representative Requirements:
Sales or business knowledge is a plus
Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an automotive or BDC environment
Strong instincts for identifying and maximizing sales opportunities
Previous phone or virtual sales experience is an asset
Proficiency with CRM systems and related sales software
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Motivated by meeting and exceeding performance goals
Adaptability to evolving processes, tools, and technologies
Must pass pre-employment background screenings
