is looking for a proactive, customer-first

BDC Service Representative

to join our growing service department! This role is a key connection point between our customers and our service departments—helping ensure every interaction is smooth, professional, and positive. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a fast‑paced team environment, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responding promptly to inbound service inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms

Gathering customer information and understanding service needs or concerns

Scheduling service appointments based on customer availability and service department capacity

Coordinating closely with service advisors and technicians to maximize efficiency

Confirming and reminding customers of upcoming service appointments

Following established BDC processes and best practice

Delivering a consistently positive and professional customer experience

Supporting additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Customer service experience (automotive or BDC experience is a plus, but not required)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

Comfort using CRM systems and service‑related software

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment

High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability

Ability to pass pre‑employment background screening
