Relationship Manager - North of Boston (Track to Wealth Advisor!)
A growing RIA firm located North of Boston is seeking a Relationship Manager to join their team! This role provides direct support to advisors and plays a key part in delivering a seamless client experience while helping grow and maintain relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to grow into a Wealth Advisor.
Compensation: Between $70,000-90,000 annually + bonus
Responsibilities
Serve as a client-facing ambassador, ensuring exceptional service and building lasting relationships
Onboard new clients and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
Coordinate client and internal meetings, prepare materials, and track deliverables
Interface with custodians and outside providers to resolve issues efficiently
Assist advisors with workflow management, correspondence, and client presentation
Qualifications
BA/BS degree and 3+ years’ experience in financial services (RIA experience preferred)
Strong Salesforce knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Self‑motivated, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
