Taking real ownership of this role, your work and your relationships too, you’ll quickly become an integral part of the studio, helping to define what the agency stands for, and what they go after! Confident in studio discussions, you’ll quickly become a valuable resource for your team around you, connecting strategy pieces cohesively and effectively. You’ll organize competitive audits, position and platform manifesto writing, present findings with clear POVs, define goals and plot project direction, and pull on your understanding of concept territories and audience needs, as well as your brand architecture knowledge, to really get to the heart of each and every brief. Delivering work that’s always rooted in sound strategic thinking, you’ll utilize your creativity and versatility, keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest trends to bring ideas to life. What We’re Looking For
A real self-starter, with strong synthesis and insight development skills, is what we’re after here. You’ll be a Senior Strategist with plenty of initiative and a proactive approach to working. Primary research experience is essential for this one, so you’ll know exactly what to do when it comes to writing and owning research scopes. You’re more than comfortable with the full research process and execution of it, too, collaborating with vendors on qualitative and quantitative methodology. We’re looking for culture‑forward work, and we’re keen to hear about the exciting range of clients you’ve worked your magic on. Campaign experience would be a real plus, but as long as you’re a strong communicator and collaborator with plenty of ambition, we’re confident that this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
