What You’ll Do
Engage with qualified leads and set in‑home appointments
Clearly explain pest control service options and customize plans based on customer needs
Build lasting customer relationships based on integrity and professionalism
Meet and exceed sales goals through self‑discipline and drive
Maintain accurate records and follow up with potential clients
Fully onsite in the office Mon‑Fri, no weekends – schedule is mixed 7am–4pm and 9am–6pm
What We’re Looking For
Prior in‑home sales experience is required
Previous pest control sales experience is a plus
A self‑starter with strong communication skills and a results‑driven mindset
Someone with a high level of personal integrity and work ethic
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑based role
