Responsibilities
Meet membership sales goals
Have detailed knowledge of the menu of services – training provided
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, building lasting relationships
Work flexible hours
Communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients effectively
Uphold spa cleanliness standards
Bring a positive and energetic attitude
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
Perform various other duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
18 years of age or older
Exceptionally organized, great attention to detail
Strong team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
