Responsibilities
Meet membership sales goals
Show detailed knowledge of the menu of services (training provided)
Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting relationships
Work flexible hours and adopt a positive, energetic attitude
Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively with clients
Uphold spa cleanliness standards
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
Perform various other duties as assigned
