Inside Sales - Millwork, Windows & Doors - Shiloh, IL Wilke Window & Door is the largest Andersen window dealer in the St. Louis Metro area. We offer a wide variety of products including windows, doors, millwork and cabinetry to professional builders, remodelers and retail customers. We’ve been in business for over 60 years and currently have two large showrooms located in Fenton, MO and Shiloh, IL.

Position Due to continued growth in residential and commercial building markets, Wilke Window & Door is currently in need of an energetic Inside Sales Representative at our Shiloh, Illinois location.

Prior sales experience in construction, millwork, lumberyard, or similar industry sales experience helpful.

Excellent computer, customer service, and communication skills required. Experience reading blueprints and estimating desired. Familiarity with Andersen IQ or other window estimating software a definite plus.

This is a dedicated Sales position within our company and does not involve generating leads or cold calling. You will be working with customers that visit our showroom and assisting our outside sales team with the estimation/sales process.

First year pay - approximately $60,000.00 (annually). We offer an achievable, multi-tier bonus program (including "Early Bird Bonus") that allows for excellent earning growth potential.

Work hours (Rotating Schedule) Week #1*

7:00 am - 4:45 pm (Mon. - Thurs.)

Off Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week #2

7:00 am - 4:45 pm (Mon. - Fri.)

9:00 am – 1:00 pm on Sat.

Off every Sunday

*Our Sales team members are off for a 3-day weekend every-other week (off Fri, Sat. & Sun).

Responsibilities

Assist customers in a showroom environment

– NO COLD CALLING .

Present solutions to customers including price, credit terms, accurate sales estimates, and estimated time of delivery based production and delivery schedules.

Prepare estimates using quoting software.

Promptly follow up on customer inquiries, sales leads, and estimates.

Convert customer sales inquiries to sales.

Attend monthly sales meetings.

Requirements

2+ years of sales experience.

Background in construction, millwork, lumberyard, or similar industry sales experience preferred.

Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Aptitude to learn new technology, software, processes and procedures.

Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.

Self-motivated and result oriented, with a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.

Positive attitude and strong verbal communication skills.
