We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our growth in the Nashville, TN area. Position Overview

What You’ll Do Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify new business opportunities and increase sales with car dealerships within your assigned territory. Build Lasting Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealership owners, general managers, and sales managers to influence purchasing decisions. Educate & Train: Conduct engaging product presentations and training sessions for dealership staff, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell our warranty products. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams—marketing, customer service, and operations—to ensure seamless support and delivery of services to our dealership partners. Track and Report: Use CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to management. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry developments, competitor strategies, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. What You Bring To The Table Proven Sales Success: A track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field. Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of car warranty products and the value they bring to dealerships and car owners. Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate, present, and negotiate effectively with all levels of stakeholders. Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Travel-Ready: Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
