Responsibilities
Coordinate the activities of the Citizen Review Panel as directed by the Kansas Department of Children and Families.
Plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, and conferences with DCF-appointed staff, committee members, and volunteers.
Establish and maintain relationships with panel members and volunteers.
Assist in developing departmental plans and goals and manage annual reporting for the CRP panels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or social service field.
At least two years of experience in child welfare administration, management, or event coordination.
Compassionate, eager to learn, and committed to making a difference.
Highly organized with strong people and event management skills.
Team player and self-starter, ready to grow with the organization.
Experience with Kansas child welfare is a plus.
