Position Summary
As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with shippers, generating new business opportunities, and managing day‑to‑day freight movements. You'll be a key player in scaling our customer base and delivering the best‑in‑class service.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, contact, and close new business opportunities via phone, email, and online outreach
Manage a growing book of business by providing daily operational support and strategic insights
Develop customized transportation solutions that address client needs and maximize profitability
Build long‑term relationships with shippers and become a trusted logistics partner
Collaborate with operations team to ensure successful freight execution
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly KPIs
What We're Looking For
Preferably at least 1 year of inside sales or logistics experience preferred (but we'll train the right person)
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities
A self‑starter with a hunter mentality and a team‑oriented mindset
Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and follow‑ups
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment
