Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

The Role Reports to:
Managing Director
The Account Manager Associate (AMA) is a dynamic, fast-paced role supporting operational excellence across every part of our agency from production logistics and tracking to business development, internal marketing, and system management.
This is a foundational role designed for someone early in their career who thrives on being hands‑on, loves variety, and is excited to contribute to a high‑performing, creatively‑driven agency.
You’ll learn by doing, across all departments and gain exposure to every part of the business, and build the skills needed to grow into a future specialist. The role is specifically designed to be aligned with the Account Manager role. The applicant needs to be someone who wants to grow into an Account Manager role in the next 18 months.
This is a foundational role for someone with up to 2 years experience looking to build a career in entertainment marketing and brand management.
You’ll need to bring strong organization, initiative, and communication skills and be ready to step up when the pace gets fast.
Responsibilities Client & Account Support
Build and maintain monthly reporting dashboards for client teams, highlighting performance and opportunities.
Conduct competitive tracking across media to inform account strategies.
Support in cultivating meaningful client relationships ensuring we meet and exceed campaign objectives.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business and industry trends, positioning yourself as a strategic partner.
Build and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, providing clients and internal teams with actionable insights.
Maintain organized account notes and records in our CRM and databases to support information flow and reporting accuracy.
Act as a key resource to all team members, collaborating to optimize processes and enable team success. support
Support with shipping and inventory logistics to ensure our production team can execute high quality integrations
Monitor and log production outcomes including integrations by our partner brands and standout moments from competitors.
Conduct audits to keep our data accurate and operations running smoothly.
Data & System Management
Own the upkeep of key systems (Booqable, Monday.com, and Happeo), ensuring information is correctly maintained and organized.
Create and manage internal reports across functions, pulling data from HubSpot and other sources.
Support CRM hygiene and property management in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
Build out qualified pipelines across business development and production ensuring that we’re working with the best shows and brands in the world
Conduct brand research to support new business opportunities.
Internal Marketing & Events
Assist with internal social media content (planning, writing, and posting).
Support event logistics across the entire agency
Step in where needed to help the business run smoothly: supporting cross-functional admin, deliveries, and miscellaneous tasks that keep the engine running.
Required Experience & Skills
Up to 2 years of experience in a professional setting ideally in marketing, production, client service, or media
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills is key to this role You need to have been in a role where written and verbal persuasion was a key part of the job
Understands how to monitor and hit deadlines while spinning multiple plates
Physically capable of lifting and transporting products (up to 50 lbs)
Comfortable with Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, and ideally HubSpot or similar CRM tools
A passion for pop culture, streamable television, and film
A fast learner with strong attention to detail, you take pride in clean data, clear reporting, and seeing tasks through
A doer. You’re energized by a varied to-do list and love checking things off it
Confident handling data and learning new systems (HubSpot, Monday.com, etc.)
Experience working in a high-performing team environment such as sports, military, sales or a similarly high performing, disciplined and collaborative setting.
