A Day in the Life The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for:

Solicitation of group business in accordance with individual goals as well as accomplishing property budget

Prospecting, sales calls, selling, negotiations, closing sales and meeting specified budgetary goals set in place each year

Understanding the luxury product, the luxury sales market, and the market needs.

Participating in daily business review, working with other departments within the hotels to provide quality service to customers.

Requirements

1 - 2 years hotel sales experience within an Independent, Lifestyle Hotel/Resort preferred

Know how to make a profitable sales call, how to negotiate, how to overcome objections, and how to fully service and execute a sale.

Naturally, you have the drive to exceed expectations for this iconic location. This is your opportunity to make your mark at the highly renowned Little Palm Island Resort & Spa. While an important part of the Little Palm Island Team's success, this position can be executed remotely for FL or MD residents only.

This position will have a base salary + Bonus Incentive & Commission.

Salary Description $75,000 to $85,000 + Bonus Incentive & Commission
