Regional Key Account Manager - Hyderabad Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Regional Key Account Manager in Hyderabad, India.

Role Overview Reports to: Head - Key Accounts

Location: Asia Pacific, India, Karnataka, Bangalore (Fully Onsite)

What You Will Do Key Responsibilities Deliver Business Results

Responsible for delivering the Topline Business & Market Share for modern trade business of West Region

Partner with National KAMs on the Overall JBP for the Accounts

Undertake Joint Business Plans with the regional category teams

Customer Management

Drive initiatives to deliver growth & strengthen regional customer relationships

Lead category initiatives with the category teams as aligned nationally

Handle end‑to‑end operations to ensure best‑in‑class operational efficiency and fill‑rates

Conduct timely reviews with regional customer teams on business & health parameters

Manage the modern trade distributor network and ensure efficient operations & service levels

In‑Store Management

Win in store through strong compliance of TOT parameters & execution of aligned activations

Win with shoppers through insight‑driven activations

Build deep understanding of the channel and share relevant insights with the CMG team

Track & monitor key parameters & metrics including market shares, on‑shelf availability, fill‑rates, share of shelf, plan‑ogram

Timely update & share-out of off‑takes & in‑store activation dashboards

People & Partner Management

Manage a team of modern trade sales officers along with team leaders, promoters & merchandisers

Partner closely with NKAMs to ensure business growth for the region

Strong engagement with the account team (regional category, supply chain & finance)

Strong working relationship with the entire modern trade team – CMG team (RE managers), supply chain & logistics and finance team

Co‑operate with supply chain on e‑commerce SKUs/allocation/forecasting

Required Qualifications and Experience MBA from a premier institute with 3+ years of experience in field sales focusing on modern trade / GT (instore, ABI’s regional category).

Desired Skills

Experience in a field‑sales role handling modern trade / GT

People‑management experience across multiple sites or remote locations preferable
