What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prospect for new clients within the assigned territory and achieve sales goals
Develop a strong network of advisors, consultants, and third-party intermediaries focused on the retirement industry
Establish and maintain relationships with plan sponsors through direct meetings
Participate in proactive marketing campaigns to promote retirement programs
Manage a territory of target prospects, requiring extensive travel to meet with clients and advisors
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the mid-to-large plan institutional market
Knowledge of various retirement plans and related investment products
FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
FINRA Series 7 license
Established relationships with retirement advisors, consultants, and plan sponsors
