What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Learn and understand all products in assigned specialty area, including competitive offerings and regulations
Explain product options and ensure customers understand their choices for routine inquiries
Identify multi-product needs and connect customers with other product specialists
Collaborate with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests
Provide ongoing education and guidance around retirement product solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent professional experience
FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; or FINRA Series 7 and 66 (required for business approval in all states)
Life license or ability to obtain within 90 days
Minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry
Basic knowledge of financial products related to the assigned specialty area
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
CFP and/or CRPC certification
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com
Experience with digital financial advice platforms
