Are you a highly skilled and experienced Paid Ads Manager with a strong background in e-commerce? Are you passionate about delivering paid media campaigns efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment?
Your mission at Algofy:
to leverage your expertise in paid media and e-commerce to lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of paid media projects. This involves simplifying complex concepts and ensuring exceptional quality and timeliness in project delivery.
Responsibilities
Assist on agency's paid media projects and act as the main point of contact for client deliverables on paid media campaigns.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms including
Google
Ads,
Meta
Ads, and other digital advertising channels.
Conduct deep‑dive and root‑cause analyses to identify operational gaps and develop recommendations for solutions.
Create and maintain project documentation by constructing project schedules, estimates, financial summaries, and documenting meeting notes.
Keep the team apprised of client needs, feedback, and updates.
Foster continuous communication with the team and the client on project progress, and deliver progress updates and summary reports to the client.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide detailed analysis and reports to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior media agency experience is strongly preferred.
Professional‑level
English , with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2+ years of experience in paid media management.
Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships within your project teams and throughout the agency.
Excellent client‑facing skills: self‑presentation, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to negotiate and manage client concerns.
Impeccable attention to detail, and exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
Proactively seeking opportunities to increase knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Experienced in using project management tools (ClickUp & Notion) as well as dashboards.
Highly competent with data analysis and reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
High‑level proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
