Algofy is looking for a detail‑oriented
Email Marketing Specialist
with hands‑on experience in
Klaviyo
to support the execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in implementation, performance analysis, and troubleshooting, and who enjoys collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver solid results for clients.
Your Role at Algofy You will be responsible for implementing and managing email campaigns and flows, monitoring performance, and supporting ongoing optimizations. Working closely with copywriters, designers, and account teams, you’ll help ensure email programs are executed correctly, on time, and aligned with client goals. This role is more execution‑focused, with opportunities to grow into strategy over time.
Primary Responsibilities
Implement and manage email campaigns, flows, and newsletters primarily using
Klaviyo .
QA emails before launch to ensure correct setup, links, segmentation, and rendering.
Monitor campaign and flow performance and generate regular reports.
Analyze results and support optimizations based on performance data.
Troubleshoot technical or deliverability issues and work with Klaviyo support when needed.
Assist with audience segmentation and list management.
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure emails are implemented as intended.
Support SMS campaign execution where applicable.
Manage tasks across multiple client accounts with guidance from senior team members.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience
working with email marketing for e-commerce or lead generation brands.
Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo
(required).
Familiarity with additional tools such as Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign is a plus.
Basic understanding of email deliverability best practices.
Experience implementing email flows, campaigns, and newsletters.
Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and reporting on results.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to email setup and automations.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Good written and spoken English (C1–C2).
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established processes.
Nice to Have
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce.
Basic HTML knowledge for email editing.
Familiarity with Google Analytics.
