Service Department Hours: Mon-Fri 9 AM – 7 PM & Sat 8 AM – 5 PM
Location: Latham, NY

Responsibilities
Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician, ensuring that each party fully understands the service needs and recommendations.
Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer payments including deductibles.
Prepare repair orders (RO), obtain approval signatures, and enter RO into the service database system.
Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
Keep customers informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.
Qualifications
Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
Prior experience as an automotive technician a plus.
A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent (18 years or older required).

Estimated Annual Earnings: $56,000.00 – $150,000.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, related knowledge, bonus/commission, and location.
