What You’ll Do
Customer Service: Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through “white glove” service in stores and at customers’ homes, and obtain new rental orders on the sales floor or over the phone.
Deliveries & Pickups: Safely and compliantly load/unload and install products, following handling and transportation procedures and keeping company vehicles clean and properly maintained.
Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness, refurbishing merchandise to like‑new condition and keeping show‑rooms dusted, vacuumed, and organized.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record—you will be driving company vehicles.
Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

Physical Demands Regularly required to talk and hear. Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and frequent lifting or moving (push/pull) of heavy items and merchandise. Must adhere to all company safety guidelines.
Expected Hours of Work Full‑time position. Hours/days: Monday through Saturday, store open to close; Sundays off and one additional weekday off. Schedules and hours per week may change as dictated by management and business needs.
