Customer Account Representative
Rent-A-Center is looking for a Customer Account Representative to provide friendly, high-quality service to customers in our stores and in their homes.
Desired hourly rate:
$13.73 – $16.15 per hour
Responsibilities
Deliver white‑glove customer experiences through in‑store and home service, obtaining new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
Manage safe and compliant loading, unloading, and installation of products; maintain vehicles clean and properly maintained.
Maintain an inviting store by refurbishing merchandise, keeping the showroom dusted, vacuumed, and organized.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record; company vehicles will be driven.
Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical Demands The role is very active; standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing are required. Frequent lifting and moving of heavy items and merchandise is expected.
Expected Hours of Work Full‑time, Monday through Saturday. Sundays off and one additional weekday off. Schedules may change as business needs evolve.
