Leasing Consultant – The Social Normal

Job Overview The position offers hourly pay of $15 to $16, based on experience, with commission and bonus opportunities. Schedule: Monday‑Friday with some Saturdays. Full‑time.
Responsibilities
Providing superior customer service
Assist in complete market surveys
Show, lease, and move in prospective community members
Update unit availability daily
Process rental applications and maintenance requests
Receive collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards
Clerical and phone support
Maintain all community member files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation
Maintain a calendar of scheduled move‑ins and ensure all apartments are inspected and move‑in ready to Trinity’s standards
Demonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues to Supervisor
Conduct community member move‑out unit walks
Additional tasks or duties assigned by Supervisor
Special Requirements Physical Demands The employee will regularly sit, stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear. Occasional climbing may be required. The employee will work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods. Must detect auditory/visual alarms and be available for extended/flexible hours, weekends, as needed.
Attendance / Travel This full‑time position may require availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events is required.

Learning and Development Commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through Trinity’s continuing education programs.
Education
High school education or equivalent is required
Fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use all on‑site resident management software functions
Professional Experience One year of experience in a service industry is preferred.
