Bilingual Multi‑Site Leasing Consultant – ReNew Fairmont Park
Join Trinity Property Consultants as a Bilingual Multi‑Site Leasing Consultant and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our team members, residents, investors, and partners.
Responsibilities
Handle all duties for two or more apartment communities.
Provide superior customer service to community members and prospects.
Assist in completing market surveys.
Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
Update unit availability daily.
Process rental applications and maintenance requests.
Collect rent in accordance with Trinity’s standards.
Provide clerical and phone support.
Maintain accurate and complete resident files.
Schedule and conduct move‑in appointments and unit inspections.
Resolve resident complaints and direct matters to Supervisor when needed.
Conduct move‑out unit walks.
Perform additional duties assigned by Supervisor.
Essential Functions
Handle high‑stress situations effectively.
Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills.
Show excellent collection abilities and time‑management skills.
Maintain a customer‑service orientation and strong sales background.
Understand state fair‑housing laws.
Qualifications
High school education or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
One year of service‑industry experience preferred.
Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of resident‑management software such as Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing‑education programs.
