Part‑Time Leasing Consultant – ReNew West Durham
Join Trinity Property Consultants as a Part‑Time Leasing Consultant. Your expertise will help keep our community vibrant and deliver unparalleled service to residents, investors, and partners.
Compensation $17 to $19 hourly, depending on experience, plus lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses.
Schedule 20–30 hours per week; availability may include nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.
Job Description
Providing superior customer service.
Assisting with complete market surveys.
Showing, leasing, and moving in prospective community members.
Updating unit availability daily.
Processing rental applications.
Processing maintenance requests.
Receiving collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards.
Clerical and phone support.
Maintaining all community member files, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Maintaining a calendar of scheduled move‑ins, ensuring all move‑in appointments are completed and apartments are inspection‑ready.
Resolving resident complaints and directing pertinent issues to supervisor.
Conducting move‑out walk‑throughs.
Performing additional tasks or duties assigned by supervisor.
Physical Demands
Regular sitting, standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing; occasional climbing; use of a computer and phone for extended periods.
Ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Qualifications
High school education or equivalent required.
One year of experience in a service industry (preferred).
Intermediate computer and internet knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Prefer knowledge of Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Fluent reading and writing in English, accurate mathematical functions, and use of all on‑site resident management software.
