Responsibilities Growth is a cornerstone of White Lodging and in the last decade the company has developed / acquired more than 30 hotels in Austin, Nashville, San Antonio, Denver, Charlotte, Louisville, Indianapolis, and Chicago. This position will play a crucial role in maximizing the value of our owned hotel assets, evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and organizing development projects. We’re looking for candidates with a strong analytical background, excellent financial modeling skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry. The position will be primarily based in Merrillville, Indiana. Limited travel is expected. * Prepare regular owned asset reporting to track key performance metrics including market share, profitability, guest satisfaction scores etc. * Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of owned asset portfolio. Identify opportunities for improvements. * Build underwriting models for acquisition and new development opportunities including market projections, 5-year operating pro forma, development budget and investment analysis. * Execute on-going updates of 5-year operating pro formas for owned asset hotels and underwriting models for projects that are under development. * Assist with completion of critical development submittals such as Franchise Applications, Lender Packets etc. * Maintain key date tracking for new development and under construction projects. * Organize and maintain owned assets and new development project folders. * Respond to due diligence requests for acquisitions / dispositions and White Family Holdings related to appraisals and other lender related inquiries. * Provide support for Development Committee, Board of Advisors presentations and annual strategic plan preparation.

Other Information Core Competencies & Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree is required. * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. * Solid understanding of hotel industry dynamics, market trends, and performance metrics. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner. * Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Advanced level of proficiency in Excel; capable of using PowerPoint and Word. * Familiarity with AI interfaces. * Sensitivity to and respect for the confidential nature of the subject matter of the job and the department.
