Responsibilities
Meet, greet, and qualify prospective residents.
Follow up on phone leads and referrals.
Schedule appointments and conduct property tours.
Guide clients through the leasing process from application to move‑in.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service environment (retail, hotel, or restaurant).
NJ Real Estate License required.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multi‑task, work independently, and meet demanding deadlines.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred: previous residential leasing experience and familiarity with Fair Housing regulations.
Reliable transportation and punctuality; ability to commute to all properties and attend off‑site trainings.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $50,000 per year.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA/DDC, company‑paid life insurance, supplemental insurance programs, and a 401(k) plan.
