Express Lube Advisor

Pay Rate: $18 per hour + depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday
The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
Responsibilities
Welcome clients when they arrive to our Collision Center. Determine the nature of the client’s visit. Inform the Estimator of the client’s arrival. Order parts. Write purchase orders and invoices. Schedule appointments for our Estimator via email, phone, and in person. Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the client. Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary. Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas. Maintain a consistent level of communication with our Estimators and Managers. Qualifications
Communication skills – effectively communicates with others. Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others. Typing – ability to type efficiently to enter repair orders. Basic computer and cost calculation skills. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence. High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older required. Benefits
